Città Satellite”, aka “Greenland” was an amusement park created in 1965, and covers an area of 374000 square meters, in the norther Italy, near Milan. It was one of the first urban parks in Italy.

During the first period after his birth, the park saw the number of the attractions available growing rapidly, reaching its peak in the mid-eighties. Since the early 2000s began the period of decline caused by irregularities in term of safety and hygiene and in 2002 it was subject to seizure and closed.

Nowadays, although several renewal projects were presented, nothing tangible has been done, and the park is in a state of degradation and neglect.
